6. Machine by. Section 1, which differs in the fact that a hole is made in the lower shelf of the spun beam, and the lower casing has a cup with an oil damper placed in it, mounted in the opening of the shelf with the possibility of radial displacement and subsequent fixation of the position, an elastic element is a ring placed between the end of the lower casing and the glass.
This invention relates to the textile industry I, in particular to ring spinning and twisting machines. A known textile machine containing spindles, each of which is vertically mounted and slider ring coaxially mounted on the annular plank and has a spindle cantilever and rigidly connected to an electric motor shaft, the casing of which has two housings for accommodating shaft bearings mounted by elastic members on shelves spun beam ij. - On this machine, the adjustment of the spindles is difficult when they are centered relative to the rings of the ring bar. The aim of the invention is to simplify the adjustment of the spindles when they are centered relative to the rings of the annular plank. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a textile machine that contains rods on, each of which is mounted vertically and coaxially mounted on the annular plank ring with a slider and has a spindle coaxially and rigidly connected to the motor shaft, the body of which has two housings for accommodating shaft bearings installed by elastic elements on the shelves of the spindle beam, the elastic elements are mounted on the spindle beam with the possibility of radial movement on the beam relative to the spindle and subsequent fixing the position. Elastic elements are represented. a sleeve of elastomeric material. Each casing of the motor housing has a cylindrical protrusion located coaxially with the spindle, and the sleeves of elastomeric material are mounted on the tabs. Placed on the projection of the upper casing, the sleeve has a support ring mounted on the sleeve and mounted on the shelf of the spun beam with the possibility of radial movement relative to it and subsequent fixation of the position. The protrusion on the lower casing has a thread and contains two bushings of elastomeric material, made flange and installed in series on the ledge, while in the lower shelf of the spun beam a hole is made and with a radial clearance there is a protrusion of the lower casing with bushings timber from the opposite sides of its height by means of a nut mounted on the threaded part of the protrusion. A hole is made in the lower shelf of the spun beam, and the lower casing has a glass with an oil damper placed in it, mounted in
the opening of the shelf with the possibility of radial movement and subsequent fixation of the position, while the elastic moment is a ring placed between the end of the lower case and the glass.
. FIG. 1 shows a single work station of a ring spinning or twisting machine, top view; in fig.
2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig.
3 - option to install the lower casing of the motor housing.
The machine contains a vertical box 1 of box-shaped forgy fixedly located along it, on which spindles 2 are vertically mounted. Each spindle is mounted coaxially to ring 3 with a slider mounted on a ring-shaped strip 4 installed along the machine with the possibility of vertical reciprocating movement. The spindle 5 of each spindle is coaxially and rigidly connected to the shaft 6 of an electric motor 7 placed inside the spindle beam 1. The electric motor housing has an upper LINE 8 and lower 9 housings in which bearings of sliding or rolling shaft 6 are placed. In the lower casing 9 there is mainly a shaft bearing. . Bolts 10. mounted to the middle cylindrical part of the housing, which can be made in the form of a sleeve, covering the stator of an electric motor, or in the form of a package of plates. Holes 13 and 14 are made in the upper 11 and lower 12 shelves of the spun beam. An electric motor is inserted into the beam through a hole 13 of a larger diameter. . The upper casing 8 has a cylindrical protrusion 15 arranged coaxially with the spindle, on which an elastic element is mounted, which is a sleeve 16 of elastomeric material, for example, of reinforced or unreinforced rubber or plastic. The sleeve 16 is mounted in a ring 17 supported on the flat surface of the upper flange 11 of the spindle beam and attached thereto by bolts 18c with washers 19 (Fig. 1). The diameter of the openings 20 of the collet 17, through which the bolts 18 pass, is 2–8 mm greater than the diameter of the bolts to provide a radial ring of the ring relative to the bar. The sleeve 16 may be attached to the protrusion 15 of the casing and to the ring 17. The lower end 9 of the motor housing has a cylindrical protrusion 21 coaxially located with a thread on the end portion on which two elastic elements are mounted, which are single-flange bushes 22 and 23 of elastomer material, such as reinforced or non-reinforced rubber or elastic plastic. The sleeves 22 and 23 are set mirror one against the other and With the formation of a gap in the hole 14 of the lower flange 12 of the spindle beam, the diameter of which is 2-8 mm higher than the outer diameter of the mounting part of the sleeves.
The upper sleeve 22 with its flange is pressed against the flat end of the lower casing 9 and rests on the shelf 12 of the Brs 1, and the lower sleeve 23 with its flange using a washer 24 and screwed onto the threaded portion of the protrusion 21 of the nut 25 is pressed against the lower flat surface of the shelf 12 of the beam 1.
To dampen the vibrations of the protrusion 21 of the housing 9 during the operation of the spindle of the machine, it is possible to perform an elastic element in the form of a ring 26 with a circular cross section made of an elastomeric material, such as rubber or plastic. The ring 26 is placed in annular grooves made on the lower end surface of the casing 9 and on the upper end of the flange 27 of the cup 28 installed with a gap in the hole 14 of the lower shelf of the beam and fixed to the shelf using the nut 29 on the threaded portion of the outer cup. The glass contains an oil damper 30 with a damping element, for example, in the form of a spiral spring. Inside the damper is a protrusion 21 of the lower casing 9 (Fig. 3).
When centering the spindles relative to the rings 3 on the ring bar 4, before starting the machine, lower the ring bar to its lowest position, release the bolts 18 on the rings 17 and move the covers 8 along the spindles in radial directions so that the axes of the machine’s spindles are located in one vertical plane at the same distance from one another. When this position is reached, the spindles are realized. fixing the rings 17 using bolts 18 and then moving the ring bar 4 to its extreme upper position, in which the spindles are re-oriented relative to the axes of the rings 3. To do this, unscrew the nuts 25 or 29, move the casing projection 21 together with the sleeves 22 and 23 or the glass 28 in the hole 14 of the lower flange of the beam until the axes of the spindles coincide with the axes of the rings 3 at the upper position of the annular plank and the subsequent fixation of the position of the shoulders with elastic elements on the beam is carried out.
It is possible to pre-adjust the position of the rings.
